Imy Wyatt Corner

Co-Artistic Director

Imy is a director, producer and script-reader with an interest in plays that seek to raise awareness. Big fan of new writing. Her directing credits for full-length productions include Gaslight (Playground Theatre), Baby, What Blessings (Theatre503, Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal, Edinburgh Fringe), Walk Swiftly And with Purpose (Theatre503, The North Wall, Edinburgh Fringe), Flux (From the Forest Festival, Plymouth Fringe), and Happy Yet? (International Theatre, Frankfurt, Edinburgh Fringe, The Courtyard).   Most recently, she produced ‘Everywoman & Other Confessions’ as part of the closing takeover season at Bunker Theatre. Currently, she co-runs True Name Theatre and is part of the Roundhouse Future Producers Program.

 

Katie Berglöf

Co-Artistic Director

Katie is a writer, director and producer making theatre and film to tackle the stigma surrounding mental health. Her debut play, Happy Yet? (Edinburgh Fringe: 2016; Courtyard London: 2017; Frankfurt International: 2018) was 4 star-reviewed, raised awareness & funds for CALM and Nightline & was recommended by Stephen Fry on Twitter. The tragicomedy was based on Katie’s personal experience of losing a close family member to suicide. Other credits include: co-writer, short play Wide Awake; co-producer Gaslight by Patrick Hamilton (Playground Theatre, London: 2019); co-writer & co-producer, dark comedy Graham is not Cooperating (Edinburgh Fringe: postponed 2021); co-writer & director, short film Don’t Forget (post-production).

 
 

Will Irven

Co-Artistic Director

Will is an actor, writer and producer from North Yorkshire. He starred in the Edinburgh production of Happy Yet?, which was critically acclaimed. He has worked with creative collaborator Katie Berglof since 2016. Credits include: Co-writer, Wide Awake (S&R Showcase, Southwark Playhouse: 2019); co-writer & co-producer, Graham is not Cooperating, a dark comedy about psychosis, care & the afterlife (Edinburgh Fringe postponed 2021); actor, short film Don’t Forget, which he will also be starring in. He is a reader for Granta Magazine and currently working on a novel about psychosis: treatment and tackling stigma. Will is committed to addressing mental health through literature and performance.

 

Fran Cattaneo

Resident Dramaturg

Fran is a freelance theatre producer and photographer, dabbling in direction and stage management along the way. She is a huge advocate of devising, live/performance art and new writing, so co-founded Wanton Child Productions, a predominately female and queer-led theatre company dedicated to telling unheard stories. She has been super excited to get stuck in reading all the amazing submissions for the Swings showcase and is delighted to be given the role of their Resident Dramaturg.
